NCRI proposes to closely interact and corporate with several agencies working in the area of human resource development particularly directed towards integrated development of rural areas.

The RRIC would function as a focal point of a distributed information system networked through modern communication technologies with nodes operating at various levels in organizations that are involved in the social advancement and economic sustenance of rural poor
